Simple letter substitution cipher that replaces each letter with the letter 13 positions after it.
About ROT13
ROT13 (rotate by 13 places) is a simple letter substitution cipher. It replaces each letter in the alphabet with the letter 13 places later.
Since the alphabet has 26 letters, ROT13 is its own inverse - applying ROT13 again restores the original text.
For example: A → N, B → O, C → P, ...
